Joel is a young boy who just turned 7 years old. He lives with his very poor parents who are not employed and can’t supply enough to meet the family’s needs. They have no money for school fees and other costs of going to school. Joel likes playing with his fellow children and would love to go to school if given a chance. Joel will get behind in school very quickly if he doesn’t get an opportunity soon.
