Amos Kasigwa
Ugandan Director
Amos Kasigwa is a faithful servant-leader with 12 years of experience in discipleship and character development and seven years as Ugandan Director for 2roads Foundation. Guided by a deep Christian conviction to love, protect, and nurture children, Amos shepherded the foundation’s formal registration in Uganda and established robust governance, HR, and program systems that strengthened the organization’s stewardship and accountability.
He prayerfully led recruitement and mentored a mission-aligned staff, and designed holistic programs—rooted in gospel-centered discipleship, character formation, parent engagement, and economic empowerment—that transformed 2roads from a traditional sponsorship model into a thriving ecosystem for a child’s spiritual, emotional, and physical flourishing.
Bold in his pursuit of justice, Amos has courageously confronted sexual predators in Kabale, advocating for the vulnerable and working tirelessly to ensure safety, healing, and restoration for survivors. Steady, compassionate, and visionary, he combines spiritual integrity with practical leadership to disciple families and communities toward long-term wholeness.
Known for his big and hearty laugh, Amos loves to spend time and play soccer with the children. He is happily married to Tyra and together they have one Biological son Ruhamya and so many other children in the program.
