Greg & Donna Stone
Greg Stone grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Putnam City Schools. He attended both OU and OSU graduating from OU in 1980 with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He married the love of his life, Donna, in 1978. They have three grown children and they have five grandchildren. Professionally Greg has done mechanical engineering work in the construction equipment area; first working for Caterpillar in Peoria, IL, then at Waldon in Fairview, OK, and finally at The Charles Machine Works (Ditch Witch) in Perry, OK. While working at Ditch Witch, Greg felt called to be a bi-vocational pastor at a new church plant. He pastored that church for the next 20 years. He was active in the construction of the church and of a large food and clothing ministry. In 2012, he and Donna felt the Lord leading them to full time mission work. They worked in China for several years before being called to Africa. In 2015, after a visit to Uganda they formed the ministry of Two Roads Foundation.
Donna Stone grew up all over Oklahoma (Stillwater, Beaver, Bartlesville, Bethany) and even Texas (Bridge City) as her father taught school and coached high school basketball. She met her husband, Greg, while they were living in Bethany and she was attending college at Central State College (now UCO). While in college, she lettered in five different sports. Donna graduated with a degree in Physical Education and then she and her husband moved to Peoria, Illinois, where they had their first 2 children. Their third child came later when they moved to Fairview, Oklahoma. Donna was an active disciple of Christ in each church they were involved in. In 1992 they planted a new church in Perry, OK. Greg pastored and Donna did everything else: music, youth teacher, women’s leader, etc. They ministered side by side there for 20 years. In 2012 she and her husband decided God was calling them to sell their home and be involved in overseas missions. In 2015 they established Two Roads with the vision of making disciples and ministering to the needy of the world.
