Beyond the ledger, she leads our economic empowerment program, bringing financial rigor together with Christ‑centered care. She prioritizes community dialogue and relationship‑building, guiding individuals toward sustainable livelihoods and dignified opportunities. Rooted in prayer, integrity, and servant leadership, she seeks to honor God by ensuring that every penny advances the flourishing of families and communities for His glory.

Julie loves to sow clothes in her free time, she can turn a shirt into a trouser and will change the fashion of clothe she just bought into how what she wants it to look that morning.
