Praise report: We give thanks to the Lord for another fruitful month: Successful parent and student meetings.  God is transforming lives through Two Roads Foundation discipleship and educational support.

  1. Our Summer trip is set with 8 people and is planned for July 1-16.
  2. We have a new court date for the land of April 9th! The judge has allowed the case to move forward without the defendant present. I know we have had so many court dates, but we are praying that this could be the final one!
  3. Greg’s mom passed away on March 23rd. She was 94 years old and a faithful servant of God. She has been supporting what God is doing through Two Roads since 2015.  She worked with international people through her church, Putnam City Baptist Church. Today we have sponsors for Two Roads children that are from counties like Vietnam, the Philippians, & Romania! God has faithfully made connections from my mom’s heart to theirs and their hearts to ours.  We are blessed to know that she is in Paradise with Jesus now. She chose to walk the narrow road!
  4. Staff Support: We haven’t received any new gifts given specifically to help support the staff. We have a shortfall every month (we currently have only 5% of these expenses covered directly). Would you pray about this and help enlist someone you know to join in with what God is doing through Two Roads?  If you are willing and able to give any amount to specifically cover the staff salaries every month that would be a huge blessing! Support Our Staff | Only 2 Roads
  5. A motorcycle: This project is fully funded! We had 2 generous donations to fund the purchase of a motorcycle to be used for transportation by our junction staff. The funds have been sent!
  6. New Potential Staff: Amos has interviewed a young man to fill the open position of social worker. He is excited about the potential of this candidate. We are proceeding slowly due to the shortage of funds for staff.
  7. 6 results came and the performance was not as good as we had hoped. But a good number of them tried. These are the equivalent of high school seniors here. These scores are their results in taking a standardized national exam, with 20 points being100%. If they want to pursue continuing to the university, they will apply to our staff and have both a written application and an oral interview. Some may also seek going to some vocational training. Our new policy is that they will not be able to attend higher education until their sponsor has agreed to cover their increased cost or we find another sponsor to help with the cost.

  8. At a recent parent meeting Julie led the sharing on Salvation. She spoke clearly about the fall of man, and how through generations God’s desire has been to fellowship with man. Then, how through the chosen nation of Israel, a Messiah was born to redeem humankind and restore us back to God and through him alone by grace through faith we would be saved. A few of our fellowship members who are parents kept applauding through the sharing because this message resonated with their hearts!
  9. Prayer Requests:
    • Open hearts and continued moving of the Spirit in the lives of our sponsored children and our parents
    • That God will be glorified in all Two Roads does
    • That the land case will be settled this month
    • For financial provision for the ministry
    • That God would bring the new staff we need
    • One of our parent’s, Ashiim’s dad (a muslim) for salvation

We rejoice in God’s faithfulness this month. Please join us in giving thanks and praying for continued provision, wisdom, and spiritual fruit in the lives of our students and families.

Blessings,

Greg & Donna for all our Staff
