Claire is a jolly, curious sixteen year old and the last born of three. She loves to play netball and pink is her favorite color.
Claire would love to be a medical doctor, she gets the inspiration from the burden she has to cause change in her country, there is still a big gap in how patients are treated arrogantly while seeking medical help most especially those in public hospitals and she believes she can be part of this change.
Unfortunately, Claire lost her parents tragically on the same day when she was only four years old. she was then taken up by an aunt and was separated from her siblings. This Aunt however did not give her
the love a child deserves but rather reminded her of how alone she was growing up with no parents or siblings. This kind of upbringing has not only affected her self esteem but also always wondering what she is here for if no one cares.
Claire’s aunt recently asked her to leave her home permanently and she currently has no one to cater for her basic needs as her brothers are not yet in place to financially take care of her.
