Comfort is a seventeen year old and the first born of five siblings. She is currently in her third year of high school and would love to be a medical doctor. This however will most likely not come true for her as she is constantly kicked out of school for failure to pay the tuition.
Comfort’s father struggles with an alcohol addiction and has not been able to provide for his family for so many years. Instead they have spent the little they have on him everytime he gets health issues from over drinking.
Her mother brings in less than ten dollars on a daily basis with five children to take care of. If nothing changes, Comfort will most likely have to drop out of school to support the mother and her siblings by looking for work.
Coming alongside Comfort would be changing the trajectory of this young girl’s life.
