Victor is a fifteen year old boy who is in his last year of primary school. He is the first born of three children and he loves to play football.
Victor and his family rent a small single room as a family of five and yet they still struggle with finding the rent, his mother sells stockings and earns less than five dollars a day. Victor’s father suffers mentally illness but also has a drinking problem which ultimately doesn’t go well with his illness.
Victor’s mother does her best to support her family but the burden is too heavy to carry on her own. Victor hopes to be a doctor one day, a dream that is farfetched given his circumstances.
Choosing to walk with this family would be restoring hope to this family.
